Memories of Grandpa

James: My favourite memory with Grandpa was when I picked up my new truck and Grandpa was my first passenger. He was so excited and you could tell that my truck was the kind of truck he wished he could have had when he was my age. Even though Grandpa was a huge Ford man but still loved my GMC truck.

Emily: My favourite memory with Grandpa was that every time he would see Taylor Swift on t.v or even hear her songs on the radio, he would call to let me know. He knew how much of a fan I was and he was always on the lookout for upcoming news on her. We both shared the same love for country music.

Grace: My favourite memory with Grandpa was when he took me on a walk through the trails he made behind the house. He showed me the different types of flowers in the bush and Moses, the dog, led the way.

Kayla: My favourite memory with Grandpa was when both Grandparents took me on a trip to Quebec City. One night, Grandma went to bed early so Grandpa decided to take me out for supper at Baton Rouge. It was a special date, just him and I.

Katie: My favourite memory with Grandpa was singing You Are My Sunshine with him for karaoke at my Uncle Ricky and Auntie Hoai s wedding.
