Wally, Helen and John....I am so sad to hear of Wally's passing. I instantly was reminded of all the fun memories of staying at the house when I was growing up with my dad and attending my first hockey game. Having Helen show me how to make her famous date squares that my dad loved so much....Hanging out in the basement... how he taught me to play pool and air hockey. The time when we all got together in Florida...I still have pictures. Where does time go? I wish I could be there so much to see everyone.He will be missed. We are all so sad for your loss and will keep you uplifted in prayer.

Dear Helen,Wallace & John It was of great sadness that I learned of Wally's Passing. He was a cherished friend of mine in High School as we bonded I felt almost immediately when we met the first time and we had something in common as our father's owned businesses in Alexandria at the time. We even went to college together at St. Lawrence in Cornwall and had alot of fun times... Life went on however and for 10 years or more I did not see Wally until the late 90's as I lived in Pembroke and then was commuting to Ottawa for work. I hadn't unfortunately seen him since maybe in around 2000 when visiting my folks then in Alexandria. I will always remember his laugh and good nature when I was younger and his friendship most of all. He loved golf and we did play a few rounds together and when we were younger played alot of ping pong too. Wally and I were best friends when we were very young, and I have extremely fond memories of our childhood together - playing pool in the basement, riding our bikes further than we were allowed, tormenting the dog with golf clubs, and the neighbours with bagpipes!
