At the Maxville Manor on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. Vera Mary Helen Kerr (nee Legouffe) of Apple Hill; age 74 years. Beloved wife of George Kerr. Loving mother of Deborah Ryan (Dan) of Edmonton, Marilyn Sexton (Carl) of Gaspé, Quebec, George Kerr Jr. (Joeanne) of Oxford Mills, James Kerr (Janet) of Montreal, and Thomas Kerr (Danise) of Montreal. Dear sister of Conrad Legouffe (Celine), Joan Sexton (Reggie) and Kathleen Wetherall all of Gaspé, Quebec. Predeceased by two brothers George and Bill Legouffe, and by one sister Lorraine Legouffe. Dear daughter of the late Louis Legouffe and the late Lillian Willett. Also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Martintown on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 1pm. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro& Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Martintown would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Vera a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
