Peacefully at the Royal Ottawa Hospital on Sunday, October 24, 2004. Wallace Alexander Quesnel of Alexandria; age 75 years. Dear bother of Rita Periard of Hudson, Quebec, Leila (Leo Thauvette) and Lena Piette both of Apple Hill, Hubert Quesnel (Jean), and Rosaire (Rita) both of Williamstown, Leota DeRepentigny and Lydia Paquette (Maurice) both of Alexandria, Hilda Bouvier (Girard) and Lorraine Cadieux (Robert) both of Cornwall, Larry Quesnel of Limoges, and Leonard Quesnel (Bonnie) of Hammond. Dear brother-in-law of Marlene Quesnel of Dunvegan. Beloved companion of Muriel Phillips of Alexandria. Predeceased by his parents, Lawrence Quesnel and Mary Louise Lalonde, his brother, Harvey Quesnel, brothers-in-law, Emile Periard, Albert Piette and Rolland DeRepentigny. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria (525-2772) on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony’s Church, Apple Hill, on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
