At the Community Nursing Home, Alexandria, on Tuesday, May 2, 2006. Françoise Anne Marie Nadon (nee Paquette) formerly of Buckingham; age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Rhéault Nadon and by a second marriage the late Roland Payette. Loving mother of Nicole Nadeau (Jean-Claude) of Alexandria, Laurent Nadon (Christiane) and Estelle Raby (Pierre-André) both of Gatineau. Cherished grandmother of Martin, Joëlle (René), Simon (Luanne), Claudine (Terry), Gabrielle (Scott), Pascale, Alexandre, Renée-Claude (Patrick) and Marc-Antoine and great-grandmother of Jacob, Corinne, Noël, Rachel, Félix, Ellie and Jade. Dear daughter of the late Alexandre Paquette and the late Ida Bisson. Predeceased by four brothers, Théodore, Gustave, Gaëtan and Yvon Paquette. Dear sister-in-law of Mrs. Hermance Paquette of Buckingham, Quebec. She will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and members of the Payette family. By request of Françoise, there will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are requested to assemble at St-Gregoire-de-Naziance Church, Buckingham, Quebec, for the celebration of a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. The family will be present at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a memorial to Françoise, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows - memories live.
