Peacefully surrounded by his family at the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus, on Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Ral English of Alexandria; 73 years. Beloved husband of Thrse English (nee Thoret). Loving father of Linda Bellemare (Marcel) of Orleans, Sylvie Cameron (Andr) of Alexandria and Pierre English (Marie-France) of Orleans. Cherished grandfather of Genevive, Vronique, Matthieu, Julien and rika. Dear son of the late Lon English and the late Vronique Dufresne and brother of Lionel English, Isaac English (Lucille) and Grald English (Lyne) all of Rivire aux Renards, Gasp, Gilberte English of Cap Desrosiers, Gasp, Bibiane English of St. Majorique, Gasp and Ginette Veilleux (Ren) of Orleans. Predeceased by his brother, Jean-Hugues English. He will be missed by members of the Thoret family as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria (613) 525-2772 on Friday, April 20, 2007 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Eglise Sacr-Coeur, Alexandria on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a memorial to Ral, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
