Passed away peacefully on January 7, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Robert George Austin of Green Valley; age 65 years. He is survived by his loving wife Audrey (nee Pugh), sons Raye (Jennifer) and Brian (Pascale), brother Kenneth and his mother Georgina. Predeceased by his father George Austin. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Thursday, January 10, 2008 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes on Friday, January 11 at 2 pm. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Robert a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
