Suddenly at home on Thursday, December 11, 2008. Alfred Joseph Jodoin of Monkland; age 67 years. Husband of Theresa Grant. Father of Steven Grant (Joanne Faubert) and Michael Grant, both of Monkland. Brother of Doreen Lefebvre (Charles) of Cornwall, Carmel Melanson (Philip) of Sudbury, Viola Marleau (late Lawrence), Arthur Jodoin (Annette), and Fern Jodoin, all of Cornwall. Predeceased by his parents Charles Jodoin and Claire Jodoin (nee Dixon), his sister Helen Poirier (late Victor) and his brother Leonard Jodoin. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South Maxville (613) 527-2898 on Monday, December 15, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Apple Hill on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 11 am. Spring Interment, St. Anthony’s Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Maxville Manor Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Alfred a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
