Proud grandfather of Myriam Joanette, Vincent Joanette, Alyssa Magliocco and Olivier Joanette. Dear brother of Marcel of Kingston, Normand (Marielle) of St-Eustache, Lise (Gilles) of Rockland, Huguette of Gatineau, Thérèse (Richard) of Orléans, Bernard of Montreal, Serge (Suzanne) of Orléans, André (Maureen) of Gatineau, Daniel (Sherry) and Gabriel, both of Ottawa, and Jean-Marc (Suzanne) of Gatineau. Beloved son of the late Archille Joanette and the late Cecile Joannette. Predeceased by his brother Roger Joanette Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South Alexandria (613) 525-2772 on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sainte-Marie-de-l’Assomption Catholic Church, Green Valley on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Ronald a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
