Peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital, McConnell Site, on Saturday, January 24, 2009. Lauretta Annie O’Halloran Stevens (Granny) of 5th Line Road, Bainsville; age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Paul Stevens. Dear mother of Debbie Nelligan (Jim), Earl (Carol), Brian, Jerry, the late Albert and the late Irene. Sister of Mike, Frieda, Claudie and Edna. Also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Mark O’Halloran and Margaret O’Mera, two brothers, Anslen and Gerald and her sister Rita. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak Street, Lancaster, (613) 347-3629 on Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 1:30 p.m. until time of the Service. A celebration of Lauretta’s life will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. For those who wish, Memorial Donations to a Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
