At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Thursday, June 25, 2009. Albert Joseph Quesnel of Dalkeith; age 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Juliette Quesnel (nee Mayer). Loving father of Raymond Quesnel (Nicole) of Alexandria, and Denise Titley (Serge) of Green Valley. Dear brother of Roland Quesnel (Norma) of St. Catherines, Mary Main (Harry) of Alexandria, Thérèse Laframboise (late Bruno) of Sarnia, Pauline Gilmour, and Shirley Lajoie (Hubert) both of Montreal. Dear son of the late Isidore Quesnel and the late Ezilda Davidson. Also survived by 5 grandchildren Chantal Decoeur (Alain), Luc Titley (Stacey), Melanie Titley (Fadi Salibi), and Pascal and Christian Quesnel, and by 3 great grandchildren Genevieve Decoeur, Alexis Decoeur and Annabelle Salibi. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Sunday, June 28, 2009 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Monday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Alexander’s Catholic Church, Lochiel on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Albert a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
