Condoléances: It was with shock and sadness that I learnt of the recent passing of Mr. O`Brien. Based on a lifelong friendship with his daughter Chris, I feel that I have come to know him well. Over the years, I have always admired Mr O'Brien's frankness and matter of fact way.He was never afraid to say what he thought.I especially admired his authenticity as he was a genuine and honest person who cared alot about the people around him. Mr and Mrs O'Brien have always welcomed me into their home like family and I feel very grateful for that. In recent years, I was lucky enough to share and enjoy many spirited conversations with him as he was always full of information, curious and interested in different things going on in the world around us.Indeed, the world was a better place with Stan O'Brien. Yuji and I will miss him very much.My sincere condolences to Mrs O'Brien, Chris and Craig.
