Mr. Armand Allaire passed away at the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell Site in Cornwall, Ontario on Thursday April 28, 2011 at the age of 85. Armand was a great artist whose sculptures sold for over 30 years. Beloved husband of Huguette Brière. Dear father of Hubert Allaire (Nicole) of Vancouver, BC, and Tobias Maxwell (née Denis) and Guy Allaire of Cornwall. Predeceased by his daughter, Micheline Belmore. Sadly missed by two grandchildren Shannon and Xavier. Dear son of the late Isole (Lemire) Allaire and the late Edouard Allaire. Predeceased by his brothers Rheal and Roger and his sister Reina Legault. At Armand’s request there will be no visitation or Funeral. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the CNIB would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Armand a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
