At the Community Nursing Home, Alexandria on Sunday, June 5, 2011. Rose Hélène Vachon (nee Séguin) of Alexandria; formerly of Dalkeith; age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Louis Vachon. Loving mother of Liette Lalonde (Gerald) of Dorion, France Vachon (Andre Lebrun) of Ottawa, Jocelyne Lavigne (Robert) of Alexandria and Yves Vachon (Christiane) of Alexandria. Cherished grandmother of Sebastien (Mélanie), Sylvain, Michelle, Rachelle, Gabrielle, Nancy (Stéphane), Luc (Brigitte) and great-grandmother of Danika, Nadia, Félix and Éléonore. Predeceased by one brother Charles-Émile Séguin and by two sisters Alice Bélanger and Cécile Séguin . Dear daughter of the late William Séguin and the late Ida Proulx. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Friday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
