At home on Thursday, September 29, 2011. Claudette Quesnel of Alexandria; age 63 years. Beloved wife of Jean-Marie Ouimet. Dear sister of Germain Quesnel (Pierrette) of Alexandria and Jeannine Deschamps (Donat) of Alexandria. Dear daughter of the late Omer Quesnel and the late Rita Proulx. Also survived by two nephews Michel (Jamie) and Alain Deschamps, by two nieces Sylvie and Manon Quesnel, by one great nephew Zachary Deschamps, and by one great niece Ella Deschamps. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Monday, October 3, 2011 from 2-5 pm and 7-9:30 pm and on Tuesday from 9 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 11 am. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Claudette a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
