At Home on Sunday, January 8, 2012. Germain Quesnel “Ti-Cass” of Alexandria; age 69 years. Beloved husband of Pierrette Quesnel (nee Daoust). Loving father of Sylvie and Manon Quesnel both of Ottawa. Dear brother of Jeannine Deschamps (Donat) of Alexandria. Predeceased by one sister Claudette Quesnel (Jean-Marie Ouimet of Alexandria). Dear son of the late Omer Quesnel and the late Rita Proulx. Also survived by many brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Friday, January 13, 2011 from 2-4 pm and 7-10 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Saturday, January 14, 2011 at 11 am. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Lung Association or to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Germain a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
