Peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Community Nursing Home, Alexandria on Saturday, August 25, 2012. Paul Decoeur of Alexandria; age 91 years. Beloved husband and best friend of 66 years to Yvonne Decoeur(nee Brabant). Loving father of the late Yvon Decoeur (Joan), Marie-Paule Proulx (Robert), the late Marcel Decoeur (Mary MacDonald (Barry)), Laurent Decoeur (Louise), Diane Den Otter (Theo), Denis Decoeur (Denise), Michel Decoeur (Debbie), Rhéa Wathier (Serge), Lucille MacDonald (Allen), Gilles Decoeur (Cindy), Ginette Delorme (Yvon), Pierre Decoeur (Manon), and Pierrette Beauclair (Michel). Proud grandfather of 41 grandchildren and 60 great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Adelard Decoeur(late Antonine) and Evariste Decoeur(Rollande). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 11 am. Interment will follow in St. Martin de Tours Parish Cemetery, Glen Robertson. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
