At the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, January 3, 2013. George Joseph Louis Socque of Alexandria; age 71 years. Beloved husband of Jacqueline Socque (nee Beyior). Loving father of Marc Socque of Brockville. Dear brother of Aline Pilon of Cornwall. Predeceased by one son Andre Eastwood, and by one sister Cécile Pilon. At the request of the family there will be no visitation or funeral. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to George a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
