Peacefully at the Maxville Manor on Tuesday, March 12, 2013. Murdena Scott (nee Munro) of Maxville; age 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Eldred Scott. Loving mother of Wendy Pelkey (Randy) of Barrie, Wayne Scott (Jennifer) of Inverary, and Alyson Mainville (Daniel) of Monkland. Dear sister of Mamie Hall of Alexandria. Predeceased by one infant sister Mabel. Dear daughter of the late Hugh Donald Munro and the late Sarah Stewart. Also survived by 4 grandchildren Angela Scott Morris of Australia, Kendall Scott of Sault Ste. Marie, Samuel and Philip Mainville of Monkland, by one great grandchild Rebecca Scott Morris and by sister-in-law Marjorie Scott. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South Maxville (613-527-2898) on Friday, March 15, 2013 from 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 12 until 2 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 2 pm. Spring interment in the Maxville Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Maxville Manor Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Murdena a tree will be planted in Memory woods.
