Peacefully at the Cornwall Hospice, Thursday April 25, 2013; Frederick ‘Teddy’ Ward at the age of 67. Loving husband of the late Sarah Ward(nee Roberts). Beloved father of Jeanie Collins (Al), Loretta Ward (Sheldon Grant), Jeffery Ward (George Gunkle) and Merle Ward. Loving grandfather of: Justin, Melissa and Patricia; great-grandfather of: Carter and Hayden. Survived by his three sisters, Donna Borzelli, Deliah Beagley and Heather Ward. Predeceased by his three brothers Herman ‘Val’, Morris and Willis; and his parents: Raymond Ward and Lois Gallon. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. Alexandria (613) 525-2772. As per Fred’s wishes, his body has been donated to science. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Fred a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows – memories live.
