Loving father of Rachel St. Denis (Luc) of Lunenburg, Manon Cousineau (Martin) of Embrun, Gilles Pilon (Nathalie) of Glen Robertson, and Stephane Pilon (Nathalie) of Alexandria. Dear brother of Jeanette Desautels (late Maurice) of North Lancaster, and Evelyne Sauvé (late Florent) of Rigaud, Quebec. Predeceased by 2 brothers Henri Pilon (Marie-Claire of Glen Robertson), and Lionel Pilon (Rollande of Williamstown), and by 1 sister Denise Bourbonnais. Dear son of the late Donat Pilon and the late Alida Fournier. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 2-4 pm and 7-10 pm and on Monday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Ste. Marie de l’Assomption, Green Valley on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 11am. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Denis a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
