Peacefully in the loving arms of her daughter Jani and granddaughter Missy, at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Margaret Thresa Ross (nee Brown) of Cornwall; age 88 years. Darling wife of the late Earl Clifford Ross. Cherished mother of Jani Munro (Craig) of Maxville and Jon Ross of Tavistock, Ontario. Dearest sister of Newell Brown (Eleanor) and Elizabeth Snetsinger (Allan) both of Cornwall, and Carol Graham (David) of Peterborough. Predeceased by 1 brother Hugh Brown (Lynne of Tennessee), and by 1 sister June MacGregor (Gordie of Napanee). Dear daughter of the late Wilbert Gordon Brown and the late Gladys Georgia Russell. Loving and loved grandmother of 7 grandchildren Ross, Melissa “Missy”, and Alex (Karen) Munro, and Jonathan (Kim), Brandon, Jeffrey (Cindy) and Brett (Jessica) Ross, and by 12 great-grandchildren Emmaleigh, Rebecca, and Robbie Munro, MacKye Munro, and Brodie, MacKenzie, Brooklyn, Julia, Cole, Carl, Gordon and Phoenix Ross. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898) on Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 12 noon until 2 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 2 pm. Interment will follow in the North Branch Cemetery, Martintown.
