At the Ottawa General Hospital on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Thérèse Campeau (nee Dubeau) of Glen Roy; age 86 years. Loving mother of Marcel Campeau (Denise) of Hayter, Alberta, Claude Campeau (Madeleine) of Alexandria, Denise Gibbs (Richard) of Green Valley and Jacques Campeau (Maureen) of Alexandria. Wife by a previous marriage to the late George Joseph Campeau of Alexandria. Survived by three siblings Gaston Dubeau of Newcastle, Rejeanne Lobb of Alexandria and Alice Read of Ottawa. Predeceased by her brothers Aristide, Arcade, Jean, Oscar, Rodolphe and one sister Juliette. Dear daughter of the late John Dubeau and the late Claire Souligny. Survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro and Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. Alexandria (525-2772) on Friday August 16, 2013 from 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Eglise Sacre Coeur Alexandria on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the SD&G OSPCA would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Thérèse a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
