At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Jeanette Marguerite Dupuis (nee Massia) of Alexandria; age 81 years. Beloved wife of the late Jean-Paul Dupuis. Loving mother of Claude, Robert (Claudette Mayhew), Jean-Guy (Karen Mcever), Jacques (Freda Mayo), Gilles, Ronald (Lyse Osborne), Roger (Fay Plouffe), Claudette (Rubin Mayhew), Jacqueline (Armand Robertson), Gisèle, Suzanne (Roland Sauvé) and Monique (Karl Landston), and Monique & Karl's daughter Farrah. Dear sister of William (late Marie Rose) and Betty Massia-Mayhew. Predeceased by 2 brothers Lucien and Emile and by 5 sisters Yvette, Lucille, Alice, Theresa and Pauline. Dear daughter of the late John Massia and the late Mary James Brown. Also survived by 32 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Jeanette a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
