Loving mother of Noel-Ange Desjardins (Wellington), Micheline Rochon (Marcel), and Gerard Carriere all of Alexandria, Bruno Carriere (Ginette, late Francine) of Green Valley, Michel Carriere of Glen Norman, Lucien Carriere (Lise), Denise Proulx (Rejean), and Julie Henri (Richard) all of Cornwall, and André Carriere of Vars. Dear sister of Leo Thauvette (Leila) and Yvonne Valade (late Gerald) both of Cornwall, and Marie-Rose Faubert (Romeo) of Green Valley. Predeceased by 1 sister Florence. Dear daughter of the late Raoul Thauvette and the late Bernadette Poirier. Also survived by 23 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 11 am. Cremation will follow.
