At the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Thursday, January 9, 2014. Marie Bernadette Evelyn Lalonde (nee Gibeault) of Curran, formerly of Cornwall; age 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Rolland William Lalonde. Loving mother of Ronald Lalonde (Diane), Kenneth Lalonde (Joyce), Linda Fitzpatrick (late Stephen), Michael Lalonde (Mary), Jacqueline Lalonde Brandwood, Raymond Lalonde, Rolland Lalonde (Brenda), Gerald Joseph Lalonde (Sharon), and John Paul Lalonde Saunders (Lise). Dear sister of Denise Gauthier (late Armand), and Jacques Gibeault (Thérèse) both of Ottawa. Predeceased by one son Gerald Lalonde, by 3 brothers Paul-Emile, Gerard and Robert Gibeault, and by 4 sisters Adrienne Fortier, Dolères Bourdeau, Sr. Thérèse Gibeault, and Lorraine Besner. Dear daughter of the late Ernest Gibeault and the late Adeline Hurtubise. Also survived by 10 grandchildren Jack, Jeffrey, Tracy, Mathew, Kirk, Logan Lee, Amber, Brittany, Alysha and Brandon, by 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Moose Creek at a later date in April. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association of Canada would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Evelyn a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
