It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Amber Denise Hickey-Brunet on January 29, 2014 at Cornwall Hospice four days shy of her 15th birthday. Cherished Daughter of Tara Hickey (Harry) and James Brunet (Tracy). Loving sister of Cameron and Carson Brunet and Abygail Hickey. Precious granddaughter of Bonnie and David Eamon, John Hickey, Pete Brunet (Darlene), Sue Brunet (Ray), Doris Brunet and Francis and Sherwin Marsolais. Dear great-granddaughter of Nancy Hickey, Theresa McKeegan and Mae and Roger Brunet. Great great-granddaughter of Aldea Brunet. Amber will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and her best friend Tristen Leger. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St. Lancaster (613-347-3629) on Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 5-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at the Trinity Anglican Church, 2nd St. Cornwall on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 11 am. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Cornwall Hospice, Rogers House or to CHEO would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Amber a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
