Suddenly at her residence on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Theresa "Terri" Kennedy of Alexandria, age 87 years. Loving sister of Mary Ann McPhail (late Michael) and Janet Kennedy. Predeceased by Paul (Martha), Joe (Marjorie), Archie (Frances), Corbett (Kathleen), Sheila Kennedy, infant brother Ambrose and infant sister Mary Helen. Dear daughter of the late Allen Alexander “Sandy” Kennedy and the late Julia May MacMillan. Theresa was a proud Nursing graduate of St Mary's Hospital, Montreal. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. Alexandria (525-2772). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Finnan’s Cathedral at a later date. As per Theresa's wishes there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Leprosy Mission Canada would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Theresa a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
