At the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, February 27, 2014. Lionel Magloir Lariviere of Alexandria; age 70 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary Belle Lariviere (nee Desjardins). Loving father of Suzanne Lacombe (late Norman) and Michel Desjardins (Nicole) both of Maxville, and Annabelle Lariviere of Cornwall. Dear brother of Rheal Lariviere (Alice Desjardins) of Williamstown. Predeceased by one son Hubert Desjardins, and by one brother Marcel Lariviere. Dear son of the late Adelard and Antoinette Lariviere. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. At the request of the family there will be no visitation or Funeral. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Lionel a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
