At Home on Thursday, April 23, 2014. Claudette Deguire of Alexandria; age 63 years. Beloved mother of Tammy Lapierre of Gatineau, and Kim Lapierre (Marc Menard) of Alexandria. Dear sister of Richard (Julie Filion), Gilles (Lisa), Camille (Paulette Savoie), Maurice (Suzanne), Gerry (Pauline Beliveau), Claude (Diane), Lucille Lauzon (Bernard), and Diane Couture all of Alexandria, Jean Deguire (Lise) of Riviere Beaudette, Marcel (Rachel) of Rigaud, Roger (Réjeanne Melançon) of St. Jérôme, and Lise Cuerrier (late Michel) of Moose Creek. Predeceased by 2 brothers Lionel and Ronald. Cherished grandmother of Brian, Mathieu, Madisson and Mélina. Dear daughter of the late Edmond Deguire and the late Alexina Vachon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 2-4 pm and 7-10 pm and on Monday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 11 am. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Claudette a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
