At the St. Jospeh's Villa, Cornwall on Sunday, August 31, 2014. Theresa Marleau (nee Donovan) of Apple Hill; age 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Telesphore Marleau. Loving mother of Vince Marleau (Nancy) of Apple Hill. Dear sister of Maureen Bissonette of Apple Hill, and sister-in-law of Lorette Lafave of Martintown. Predeceased by two sons Morris Marleau (Louise of Cornwall), and Fernand Marleau (Rachelle Lalonde of Alexandria), by one brother Vincent Donovan, and by two sisters Mary McDonald and Rita Pigeon. Dear daughter of the late John James and Elizabeth Donovan (nee McDougall). Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Apple Hill on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 11:30 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Theresa a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
