At the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Romeo Pierre Lavigne of Monkland; age 67 years. Beloved husband of Lucienne Lavigne (nee St. Louis). Loving father of Patrick Lavigne (Jenna Hamel) and Rachelle Lavigne (Derek Waycott). Dear brother of late Yvette Sloan, Noella Bourbonnais, Germaine Aiken, late Georgette Charron and Cecile Lavigne. Dear son of the late Albert Lavigne and the late Emma Seguin. Also survived by 4 grandchildren; Jonah, Cordell, Elijah and Rayanne. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898) on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, Greenfield on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 11 am. Spring interment in the parish cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Romeo a tree will be planted in Memory Woods.
