Peacefully at Chateau Glengarry, Alexandria, on Tuesday, February 6, 2007. Celia Kehoe (nee Marshall) of Martintown; age 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack Kehoe. Dear mother of Carol Edwards (John) of Pte. Claire, QC, Pat Vandoremalen (John) of Ottawa, Rosemary Gray (Bob) of Martintown and Fran Ledingham (Keith) of Ottawa. Proud Nana of Jeff (Natalie), Tim (Hanne), Paul (Anne), Christina, Scott (Laura) and Kelly and great-grandmother "GiGi” of Markus and Linnea. Dear daughter of the late James Marshall and the late Anne Cairney. Sister of Rose White (Derek) of Ottawa and Patricia Thorpe (Don) of Australia and sister-in-law of Vera Marshall of Newton Stewart, Scotland. Predeceased by two brothers, Jackie and Jim Marshall and by one sister, Yvonne Marshall. Fondly remembered by pie lovers everywhere and pets Ziggy and Spike. Very special thanks to Valerie Hodge and the staff of Chateau Glengarry for their kind and compassionate care. In keeping with the Celia’s wishes, there will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends may gather at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church on Saturday, February 10, 2007 from 10 am. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate her life will follow at 11am. Interment, St. Raphael’s Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to Agape Center or Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Celia, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows-memories live.
