Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Valleyfield Hospital on Sunday, October 7, 2012. Wesley Thomas Fairhurst of Riviere Beaudette; age 78 years. Beloved husband of Gail Fairhurst (nee Summers). Loving father of Warren Thomas Fairhurst (Diane) of Alberta, Wendy Ann Gail Fairhurst (Brad Shea) of L’Ile Perrot, and Wesley Clifford Fairhurst (Cara) of B.C. Dear brother of Ken Fairhurst (Joyce) of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, and Bryce Fairhurst (Margaret) of Vankleek Hill. Dear son of the late Wilfred Thomas Fairhurst and the late Agnes Clara Muir. Also survived by 5 grandchildren Jane (Reid), Chris (Mark), Jennifer (Jason), Dylan and Allan, and by 4 great-grandchildren Michael, Olivia, Kali and Cole. Funeral Service will be held in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church (Church in the Wildwood), South Lancaster on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 11 am. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St. Lancaster (613-347-3629).
