Suddenly at the Parisien Manor, Cornwall on Tuesday, December 25, 2012. Barbara Margaret Dufresne (nee Derouchie); age 72 years. Beloved wife of the late Edward Dufresne. Loving mother of John Taillon (Carmalena), Sharon Taillon, Charyel Meilleur (Kevin), the late Charlene Howells (Phil), Karen Taillon (Gilbert Despatie), Robert Taillon and Heather Ward (Russell). Survived by her brother Earl Derouchie (Catherine) but predeceased by 8 siblings. Daughter of the late John Derouchie and the late Theresa Lefebvre. Barbara will be missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St. Lancaster (613) 347-3629 on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 8:30 to 11:30 am. A Liturgy of the Word will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 11:30 am. Spring Interment of the cremated remains. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the SPCA would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Barbara a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows - memories live.
